Does anyone want to play?
1) You pretend that marbles are materia.
2) You can play your favourite songs on the piano.
3) You built Lego versions of your favourite characters.
4) You have a giant poster of Cloud on your wall.
5) You have the special edition of Advent Children and the Blu-Ray version.
6) You pretend that you're wielding the Masamune or Auron's katana at karate class.
7) Seven is your favourite number [or 4 or 8 or 10 or 9, ectc].

If you can make sense of red = black + white.
If when you hear the word "chocobo" you think of a bird, not a chocolate stick.
If you believe that crystals harbor magical powers.

;)

If your dresser is covered in crystals and shiny stones that you pretend are either materia or magic spheres.
If you pretend that your Robin Hood hat is a Red Mage hat.
If you try to practice Tifa's Limit Breaks at karate.
If you try to practice Cloud's Limit Breaks with a lightsaber.
If you really want a Moogle stuffie.
If you peruse your Nintendo Power issues for even tiny sections on Final Fantasy.
If you play the FF rhythm game so much that you have around 20,000 rhythmia.

Well, hello, Space Warrior! Fancy seeing you here! :)

When you've written a really long paper about the symbolism both in the game and in Advent Children.
When you want to build an airship and fly around the world.
When you find yourself randomly quoting the characters.
When you tell your friends that you're 'a treasure hunter, not a thief!'
When you play Dissidia on your PSP so much so that you start trying to run super fast and glide around like the characters.

... when you pick up a Barrett sniper rifle in a First-Person-Shooter and complain that you don't get a Gun Arm...
... when "..." is your favorite expression...
... when Shakira performs "Waka Waka", and you expect it to be an Ad for blitzball
... when the claim "It's over Nine Thousaaand!" doesn't impress you unless it's also over 9,999...
... when you consider Marlboro cigarettes to be solely responsible for all instances of bad breath
... when you bring a gun and a knife to a gunfight...

... and finally...

... when you don't consider the word "Turk" to be a reference to the Turkish people, but to cool people in suits

When you think that The Thing is Jenova or read Jehovah's Witness as Jenova's Witness! 8O 8O :skull:
When you practice jumping off of tall things and think that you will be fine.
When you try to get your friends and your girlfriend/partner to toss you up into the air so you can battle a giant dragon
When you try to make your garden fly.
When you think that the little round things in electrical machines are Materia slots.
When someone mentions the Macarana and you correct them to the Macalania Temple.

When you translate all of the Japanese dialogue of Advent Children just to prove that it's superior to the English version.
When you try to make a skirt out of belts.
When you try to play Blitzball without going underwater.
When you make Seventh Heaven, Aeris' Church, and Cloud's motorcycle Fenrir out of Lego.
When you try to grow flowers in the middle of your local church
When you start saying things like 'May the Lifestream be with you' and randomly quote Kefka for no reason.
When you make a list of all of the Star Wars references in Final Fantasy and get into a debate with your friend about whether the X-Wings or the Red Wings are cooler.
When you know the games so well that you've memorized a lot of the dialogue and know exactly when everything happens.
Son of A Submariner!

1) You subconsciously do Vaan's pose
Image
(he's in the middle)
2) You hate Final Fantasy XIII But you talk about it a lot (I love Lightning BTW    )
3) You say that you are not much into Fina Fantasy yet you own over 5 games
4) You make an original story centering around blue crystal and you didn't notice you were inspired by Final Fantasy.
5) Buy the spinoff games
6) Buy the really bad Final Fantasy games (including XIII)
7) Love Final Fantasy XIV to death!
8) play the Final Fantasy fanfare jingle every time you have an overwhelming victory in another RPG
9) Love almost every battle theme in the series!
10) Regard Tidus's laugh as a legendary horror! 8O

If a lot of your fantasy novel has many suspicious similarities to several Final Fantasy games [true story].
Yeah! What an epic Buster Sword!

When you end up buying a console system you really hate, just so that you don't miss playing any FF titles.

Buy a new PC just so you can play FFXIV though it wasn't due for release for 4 months...

If you buy a PSP just to buy FFVII, but then end up buying FF1-FF9 and Tactics as well.
