What would it be? I recently saw a video where the guy who made it said he would like to have the Dragon Tear from Breath of Fire 2, which shows what important characters think of you by its color. For example blue means the person is very loyal and would lay their life down for you, red means they don't trust you, nor are they to be trusted, and black obviously means they have truly evil intentions.

As for me, it would be hard to pick just one item. A lot of the power-ups from Super Mario games come to mind.

OOoohh. This is a hard one.
A portal gun is the obvious first choice, and Maxwell's notebook would be great if it didn't respect copyright law.

Can I do something from a simulator? :nerdy: If so then I will definitely have to go with the Arrow Freighter from the UCGO addon for Orbiter space flight simulator assuming it comes with a complimentery Delta-Glider in the docking bay.
