Elite Dangerous - Border Coalition Videos

There is a contest taking place in Elite Dangerous between six factions of players. The winning faction will become the first player power in the game. One of these factions is the Border Coalition. Now I don't own Elite Dangerous. I just wanted to draw attention to some of the videos the Border Coalition are putting out. They're so well put together. The content, the script, the voiceover, all top notch. They could be professionally produced in game videos or trailers. These videos managed to generate more excitement from me than anything else I've seen from Elite Dangerous. Check 'em out, I'm interested what you think. If these were videos for a new game coming out I'd be super excited. Would you be interested if they were for a new game?

I have played this game for over 400 hours, and have had no interest in ever playing in open play. I have never seen the appeal of the 'multiplayer' aspects of this game. I really feel like the game would be much better if it either focused on just being a good singleplayer experience or a good multiplayer one. 50% of the game's updates I am left thinking, ok, why should I care about this?

The Rise To Power 'content', if you can even call it content, is part of the 50% of the game I have zero interest in.

Well, so much for the Border Coalition. A new video appeared in my recommended videos today, and it looks like they've thrown the towel in and decided to support one of the other factions.
