Pokemon mega evolution logic, Charizardite X and Y, but only Mega Venusaurite/Blastoisite, Like WTF Double standard!!

Also, around 0:04 to 0:06 Ash's water type pokemon was going against a electric-type Pokemon which isn't even a fire-type Pokemon.

I might be wrong because I didn't watch the majority of the anime, but still...
