Destroy All Humans! - There are a lot of memorable cutscenes in this game.
Serious Sam Xbox - This one too.
Serious Sam 3 - Blowing up the sphinx.

I've always liked this scene from Silent Hill 4, where Henry fulfills his role as the Receiver of Wisdom:

Metal Gear Solid 5, the nuclear disarmament scene. Kiefer Sutherland sounds great here.

this has very quickly cemented itself as an all time favorite of mine. the fantastic original score, the build up and characters, the development of klogg, all around wackiness...even the compression and subpar video quality add to the charm, IMO. very underrated game.



before that though, this was one scene i couldn't get out of my head.

These ones might be a little old, but my favorite ones are the Half Life 2 Water Hazard and Highway 17 cutscenes.
