Red/Blue/Yellow Mew glitch???

I already know how to do the Mew glitch, but what I wanna know is if Game Freak put a way to get the world's most rare Pokémon legitly without an event for the people smart enough to find it?

Also, I wonder who the first one was to find it. Was it in a Japanese copy of the game? Or something else? What if it whoever it was found it before Mewtwo Strikes Back came out, and they were like, "What the heck is this?" *catches it just because and checks the 'Dex* "HOLY CRAP I JUST FOUND A NEW POKEMON. I HAVE TO TELL EVERY PERSON I SEE AT SCHOOL!! !" I know this is a long shot, but is the first one to catch Mew reading this? TELL ME EVERYTHING!

There's a myth out there that one of the game developers put Mew at the last minute without telling anyone else. It's hard to say if that's true or not.

Whoever it was uped their game in Gen 2!

There's also one in Gold/Silver/Crystal like the Mew glitch but with Celebi, and a lot harder to pull off. You need two Return TMs to do it, so I have to wait two weeks until I can get my precious little Lizzie. (Yes, every Celebi I have is named Lizzie unless it's that old event Celebi. I still say that's her name even though it won't let me actually give it to her.) But two weeks?? I'd most likely forget that I need to be in Goldenrod this sunday!

I only have a few hacked Pokemon that I got randomly on Wonder Trade in Pokemon X.

This is the one I'm using. And I ended up putting reminders in my iPad because more likely than not I'll be using it then.

What sucks is that until I fix myself on something else I'll be all antsy trying to get the other things for this.
