Pokemon Kingdom Hearts??

I've noticed a lot of strange refrences to Kingdom Hearts in Pokemon lately.

1. In Laverre City there's a 13-hour clock in Roman Numerals. The rankings in Org. 13 are in Roman Numerals.

2. When I played Dream Drop Distance for the first time, the part where you interact with your Dream Eaters, just SCREAMED Pokemon Amie. Also, a few Pokemon look like certain Dream Eaters.

3. When you battle Diantha in the Leauge, where are you? On top of a cathedral. Also, the Pokemon Leauge castle looks a heck of a lot like Hollow Bastion.

4. The mere existence of Klefki.

5. In Kingdom Hearts, there was a big Keyblade War... Similar to the Pokemon War that AZ mentioned? Speaking of AZ, his research on the Ultimate Weapon went wrong and caused him to go nuts. Team Flare wanted to use him as a mean to an end, just like... I dunno, DiZ? There's also a big emphasis on friendship, with not one, not two, but four rivals and 'the bonds between trainer and Pokemon'. They did a good job on that, since I considered them all to be my best friends before I joined this site, both the human rivals and my Pokemon.

6. The most bluntly obvious refrence to Kingdom Hearts is in Black and White 2. Master Xehanort, what are you doing here?

Those are similarities, not references. Just because two things look alike doesn't make them the same thing. Trust me, there's no connection between Kingdom Hearts and Pokemon.

Aw man... I was hoping there was a connection.

Kingdom Hearts crosses over with Disney movies and Final Fantasy games, and the story has become so convoluted that even devoted fans have trouble following it. The last thing they need to do is throw another gigantic franchise into the mix.

I know, but they're my two favorite video games and since Kingdom Hearts is the biggest crossover ever I was just...
