Okay I know Im fairly new here but I was just thinking it would be cool if we all had a guild on some MMORPG (dont care which personally I would prefer Guild Wars as thats the only one I could do long term.) Do any of you think a bunch of NTs could beat us, okay that might be taking it to far but seriously Im sure that somewhere here theres a couple great stradegy minded people and a bunch of great video game players (and hopefully a creative person to think of a name to strike the hearts of our opponents considering Im obviously not that.) So what do you all think about that???

Sounds cool! I don't have Guild Wars, but I have EverQuest II. I'm on the Unrest server.

Hey cool, I have Guild Wars! My name on there is Loki Tryst, so look me up :D

I'm already in a guild atm though, but I may end up leaving it, so we'll see what happens.

I just think (I know for me at least) that Everquest II or WOW for that matter would be harder to get enough people from here to start the guild though I could be wrong (that whole monthly fee thing would just sorta get annoying.)

What about the new D&D games that are coming out, such as Neverwinter Nights? I've got that one, and we could probably go to www.nwn.bioware.com to get the guild started up...

PS: I've got a name... the Elven Outcasts!

Nothing to apologise for, my friend. I would have liked to have gotten into Neverwinter Nights, but by the time I got a decent computer it was already kinda old. :(

I'm not much of a gamer myself, but my brother plays this one game called Gunz sometimes, and I saw that people could build clans and go on these things called quests. I don't think it requires a fee, but I think it does require that you be on a certain level of the game. Hope this helps you guys who enjoy playing games.

Hey I have some characters on Guild Wars too (1 who's finished the main campaign, 1 char about level 8 or 9, two that are still in the 'playground')

I'm already in a guild ATM (though it is a thoroughly defunct guild now) and I don't think I can be in two. Still if any of y'all want to meet up somewhere, just drop me a PM, maybe I can join you

EDIT: To clarify, drop me a PM here on WrongPlanet, I hardly ever log into GW anymore

Another idea, which would probably be easier, would be to set up a game of Diablo 2 for us. Almost everyone has Diablo 2, and if you don't its pretty cheap to grab. I myself think i have it lying around somewhere, I' just have to find it

I'd love to join a Wrong Planet guild. I have guild wars, just let me know when and where, although I might not be on that often considering I have 2 AP courses, and 2 honors that I have to deal with.

Has anything come of this? Has a WP guild formed?

Well, the most important is if people have time, or if they can suggest at what time they can play. The less time, the more people can play since, there are people who have little time.

Is guildwars free? Can it be downloaded?
I guess Diablo2 isn't free, probably sold at stores.
I also doubt that neverwinter night's is free for download.
Is everquest1 free? (as in "abandoned" game)

The first mmorpg I've tried so far is Lineage2 chronicle3 on a server.(it must be legal since one of the greatest internet cafe's in Greece wouldn't risk to get sued by breaking the law, or would they?)

Generally, I can play at 9 o'clock [GMT+2] (international time)
I can probably play for 30mins or 45mins then.
When do you play?

As far as I'm aware none of those games are free that is why I don't play them, the only two that I do play is Ragnarok Online and MapleStory.
