To the best of my knowledge the last side scroller arcade game (made for the arcade) was part of the metal slugs series and it came out in 2006.

I assumed it would be the last of it's kind until last night when I looked into a game I had seen while traveling.

It's new, it has no play at home port, it is designed for arcade use and best of all it's a fun game!

Four players! Celebrity voice acting! Etc.
