Anyone ever play a game so much that the muscles in you hand and forearm get sore???

One time I played a game so much over a months time span that my whole right hand was sore for about a month and a half. The first month the soreness went up my forearm and since I also exercise as well doing anything with the forearms was taxing during that time. It ended up taking about 2 months before I was able to game semi normal again but I still have to keep in mind if I'm using too much of my right hand especially my thumbs(gaming or texting) then I do have to take a break after some time that way I don't go overboard again

I have gamed so much that my hands or wrists hurt but that doesn't continue for 2 months after I stop. I just take a break, do some stretches, pressure point release, rub some cannabis oil on them and they are good to go. Typing or gaming doesn't hurt as much as writing with a pen and paper. Writing causes my hands to hurt pretty quickly, when I was in school I needed a note taker for notes that needed a pen and paper because my hands hurt too much. Though I got some arthritis and have a number of bone tumors throughout both hands which contribute to that pain.

I have played some games to the point where I've been sore. Those games have included anything in the Dance Central franchise, Audioshield, Beat Saber and Airtone. All music rhythm or dance games that require either a lot of arm movement or full body movement. You can get extremely sweaty playing these too, so a hot shower works well for both that and the muscle aches.

As for just hand and wrist aching... anything made on a Nintendo portable would count. But the Nintendo DS/3DS was probably the worst. I could never figure out a comfortable way to hold those things for a moderate length of time. Elite Beat Agents and Ouendan come to mind as particularly egregious offenders in discomfort, especially for the spinners.

I have the same feeling in my arms when I sleep, I think it is a negative symptom, body members shouldn't get sore just by itself. Cannabis oil (and especially [url=https:[/url] ) is really helpful, but it only helps to get rid of symptoms, the real disease should be investigated more properly.

I sit at about 45 degrees to the laptop, and using the WSAD configuration with my left hand has occasionally caused some discomfort, but I think I've got off pretty lightly (so far).

When I was a console gamer, my finger tips would often get numb after prolonged use of the control pad.
