Should Nintendo allow Canadian Wii owners to get their news from Canadian news services?

Have any Canadian Wii owners contacted Nintendo to ask why they have to get their national news filtered through a U.S. news service (Associated Press)? There was actually a day recently when they had no national news to report, and yet there was plenty of news to read coming from the States. I find this insulting, but I doubt Nintendo will do anything about it. At least I don't count on Wii News for keeping me informed.

why can't the canadian Wii news come from canadian services?? that would make more sense

Doesn't Canada get the same games that US does?

Lately all the US Wii games have English, French, and Spanish all over the box >_< And the manual is super extra thick to accomodate.

Edit: Sorry, I misread...I thought you mean Wii news, not news news. Disregard whatever I said ;)

I'm a Mexican Wii owner and I found news from my country everyday. I don't know why Canadians Wii owners have this problem, but you must contact Nintendo and tell them about this issue.

I find insulting Nintendo doesn't have a decent website for Latin American users :x
