[CoD5]Anyone know of any good servers?

Preferably ones that:

don't give you more points than normal

aren't tactical where they enforce stupid rules like crouching and ironsights only

don't have power/ban hungry admins

aren't hardcore mode

are located stateside or even Canadian so I don't get Euros or Aussies complaining about my ping, and me complaining about some BS that can occur from bad latency.

Also, if anyone knows of any bolt-only servers that follow all of the above(hardcore mode excluded), I would LOVE to know the name.

Maybe I'm too demanding but in the time I've had this game(since Christmas), I've only found 2 or 3 good servers that people actually play on and the rest are high-point garbage.
