I recently started playing this game again. For the most part, I think it's a very good game, but there are two problems that are pretty annoying for me. The first is that nearly every bandit ambush seems to have an innocent and/or lawman mixed in, so self-defense often means getting a bounty and losing honor. The second problem is that if you murder someone in any town, there will be a witness. It doesn't matter if you kill a person silently in a closed off room with no windows and the nearest person is on the other side of town; they'll notice and report you immediately.

Most outrageous, hysterical glitches I have ever seen in a game. Ever. If you haven't seen the flying townsfolk, youtube it.
So far I've only encountered one glitch: I was on a mission to save a man from being lynched, but only the lynch mob was there. The victim was completely absent so I failed because he died.

Is it just me or was the professor character in blackwater a REALY BIG DOUCHEBAG. I really hated him. I mean how arrogant could you get? He was an incompetant scientist, a crack addict, and an idiot, but he was SOOOOO sure that
A: he had found scientific proof that indians were infereior to white people.
B: Extinction is a myth and we can shoot all the dam buffalo we want
Alsio I REAAAALLLY Hated that mission were we had to help the charlatan Nigel W Dickens sell his Bullcrap tonic.
and it is for this reason along with the ending, that I can barely stand the sight of this game, despite the superb gameplay and combat
I just found him funny. It seems he was meant to be the comic relief. Also, it's technically just cocaine. The method for turning it into crack wasn't discovered until about 60 years after the events of the game. And I hope I'm not spoiling anything, but if you get the Undead Nightmare DLC he returns as a minor character and immediately gets killed by zombie Nastas. And then you get to kill him yourself, because he's a zombie.
