So Saudi Arabia is justified in outlawing and persecuting non-muslims simply because it is a historically muslim country?
Both Saudi Arabia and the UK should be held to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They cannot cite tradition or "that's the way we have always done things" to support religious discrimination.
