And you dug back 5 years to post that.

FWIW, I figured he was guilty. What we know the authorities had on him would be more than enough to convict most people. Still, I felt the parents of the complaining kid were more guilty. They took money from MJ for some time and let their kid stay over. It's when the money stopped they filed charges. They aren't lilly white in this matter.

Generally, when a celebrity is tried for a crime, especially one as high-profile and wealthy as Mr. Jackson was, they can get away with anything. I think he probably was guilty, and if I'm right, I think it's a sad state of affairs that he was able to pay his way out of it.

From my very superficial understanding of the facts, I suspect he was innocent.

Why do people even cared? People don't and didn't know more than MJ's pets (if he had) about the facts of what happened or what didn't happen, and I could say that they even knew more about the issue than you could possibly imagine, as people usually buy things from what it has been portrayed in the media, and yeah, people form their unprofessional, superficial and innacurate opinions based on what they watch, hear and read from the media mostly, which that is an absurdity.

Bottom line, people who pretend to know about these kind of things and were not involved are idiots, and only God knows, making the pressumption that there is a God.

The trial portion of the micheal jacksons trial is coming to a quick end. The prosecution gets to present it's rebuttal, and then the case goes to the jury.

From a logical standpoint, I think he's doomed. The defense didn't really do anything to in my eyes to try and prove that he didn't get fresh with that teenage boy. Instead I saw a parade of character witnesses brought in by the defense to try and influence the jury.

What do you think?

Michael Jackson still has to face the final judgment.

I said guilty earlier. That is because I believe he suffers from a few psychological PROBLEMS (not AS, AS is not considered a problem by me)

And believe me, if you have spent a year in a room learning psychology where 1 of the posters lists the problems MJ has, you know about them...........

Pretty much this. The guy was pretty badly disturbed and from the sounds of what's leaked out after his death, he was kept that way by his record industry masters.

When I first saw and read this thread today, I wondered why it was dug up. Then later, I realised that today is the first anniversary of Michael Jackson's death. I wonder how many people still think he was guilty because I simply don't hear anyone talking about it anymore. I've that as being the case since the day he died.
