hmm....perhaps you're right....it could also stem from my interest in Theology and the obvious conflict of interest....but Deism is fairly naturalistic imo so i don't know.....but brushing up on my Scientific knowledge can't hurt anything.

By all means, do some research. All it can do is help you prove your point or understand why it can't be proved. Scientific knowledge is a great thing for anyone in any debate to have.
