Might do. I'll certainly be watching at 10pm on election night when the exit poll comes out though.

Farage's return = more misery for the Tories:

Might lose them a few more seats. And their favourite way of mitigating the problem is to step further to the right, which might be unpopular with the electorate.

Farage also got a milkshake thrown over him today again which is something that needs to happen every single day between now and the election.

I remember the first time it happened years ago. I didn't know it had happened today.

These polls though. Every time i see one I think that can't be right, can it? It can't be that bad for the Tories, surely?

I hope it is. I hope its even worse. But its hard to imagine.

Yeah, I know what you mean.

They do seem too good to be true. But I'll take them at face value for now anyway.

Dunak doing a runner from D-Day commemorations. He is being hammered by pretty much every area of the media.

Just when you thought that party couldn't shoot themselves in the foot much more

It's a shame he couldn't replace Charles. Image

As the UK gets set to go to the polls for the general election on 4 July, voters can watch leaders pitch their ideas in a series of televised debates.

On Friday, the BBC is hosting a seven-party debate in London.

BBC broadcaster Mishal Husain will moderate as leading figures from the seven major parties in Great Britain take part. It will be broadcast from 19:30-21:00 BST on BBC One and BBC News.

Live coverage will also be available on BBC iPlayer, the BBC News website and app and on local radio.

Leader of the House of Commons Penny Mordaunt will represent the Conservative Party.

She will be joined by deputy Labour Party leader Angela Rayner.

Daisy Cooper, deputy leader of the Liberal Democrats and Nigel Farage, leader of Reform UK, will also take part.

Stephen Flynn will represent the Scottish National Party, Rhun ap Iorwerth will appear for Plaid Cymru and the Green Party will be represented by co-leader Carla Denyer.
