Totally agree with you. I got the sense it was somewhat US-biased compass. State/National law and religion isn't really issues in Sweden.

I am a South Park Republican but that term is kind of dated by now.

^ So center-right? I don’t think I ever heard that term before. I had to look it up.

I am libertarian but am more conservative than the typical libertarian on some issues although I also identify as a conservative Republican.

I really occupy my own unique place on the political spectrum that defies pretty much all conventional ways of categorizing it. I would say I am more conservative than center-right but South Park Republican is a dated term anyways.....

I think South Park Republican started to lose meaning as Trey and Matt got older and became more pragmatic. They seem pretty centrist these days, even if they're not generic moderates.

They seem like post-libertarians, even if they're different from a lot of people I'd describe as post-libertarian.

@TwilightPrincess
TwilightPrincess,

Thank you for the interesting post and test sites.
I think that as ASD peers we'll forever hold a vested interest in how other value and or see themselves and the social spectrum politically or other.

Me personally I'm hardcore center: in that I am of the opinion that all discussion require at least to have 2 sides to them heard, and depicting it as a dichotomy is even fallacious from the get go as the political 'spectrum' as your test site indicates is a spectrum. But our human brains always focus on the extremes, which is a useful way to approach survival situations, but a demonstratively invalid one to approach social, demographic, legislative,... issues. :)

Kind regards,
Kada
