Scalia Death Conflicting Reports Coming In

I am not saying much yet because I have to listen to more news tomorrow. So far what I have heard is that Scalia was pronounced dead sight unseen by a "Justice of the Peace" who also did not order an autopsy. A second "Justice of the Peace" said she would have ordered an autopsy, but by then Scalia was already being embalmed. Where the hell is the freaking Medical Examiner? A Justice of the Peace marries people for Christ's sake. And on something this important YOU HAVE AN AUTOPSY! And how can you pronounce someone dead sight unseen? Even at the hospital we have to have two nurses pronounce death. Anyway, after listening to my certain news sources, I am sure I will have more to say. Until then.....

They rushed two (non)autopsies of President Kennedy. They kept HRH Princess of Wales Diana waiting in an abulance just blocks from the nearest hospital. See where I am going?

Negligent manslaughter, not murder. When there are enough camera chasers among LEOs and med-techs to cause significant delay of needed medical attention, murder becomes the kind of negligence that can be explained away. If he died alone, hours before his body was discovered, why did more than one JP draw attention to themselves (names and all)? We learned in the Kennedy assassination that Texas isn't a good place to die alone.

He was an evil bastard. He and his fellow conservatives stole the Presidency from Al Gore. They should have simply counted the votes. Then, they claimed it wasn't a precedent. That never happens with the Supreme Court. That gave us 9/11 and Iraq. That gives us ISIS. So, yeah, he was an evil bastard. I never wish someone dead. But, I won't shed a tear over his death. I do not claim anything until I have more facts. What I have brought up so far is suspicious. One thing I will say is that you should deal in facts. The 9/11 and the Iraq and ISIS talk sounds like a bunch of hypothetical jargon said off the top of your head. Aspies always tell me they deal in facts and proof, so do it.

I didn't make any false claims. You are the one grasping at straws. The Iraq war destabilized the Middle East which led directly to ISIS. George W. Bush wouldn't have been in the position to do that if Scalia and the other Conservatives hadn't stolen the election...

JOPs can authorize autopsies, so could Scalia's next of kin. Out of two different JOPs and the entire lineup of Scalia's NOK, only one of the JOPs felt an autopsy was warranted.

He was 79. The odds of natural causes are quite high...

If the Left wouldn't keep doing corrupt crap, the words "conspiracy theory" wouldn't even have to exist.

If that is indeed the law, there's something f****d up about that. And if anyone of credibility thinks an autopsy should have been performed then it should have - unless someone wants to cover things up.
