I can't think of any reason as to why porn shouldn't be made illegal. Porn sites are built to trap people in addiction, especially young kids who don't know any better. Porn itself is completely undignified and the people in it are often coerced into doing it. Porn incentivizes human trafficking and treats people like objects. Ban it.

I think that porn itself is morally neutral. It can be a sexual outlet for people who might otherwise feel compelled to act out on others who do not consent.

Sure porn can have some undignified representation, but I think that it is fine as long as people understand that something is fiction. And I think that there is the opportunity for all genders to take control of their own sexuality with porn, and catering to all sexualities.

Those working in porn are sex workers, and I think sex workers should be looked after and protected rather than vilified. I see no reason to ban it or be made illegal. No censorship of sexuality.

Except that porn only makes people more lustful and perverse. The more porn you watch the less you desire meaningful relationships, and the more you see people as sexual objects. It's bad in numerous other verifiable ways as well.

A lot of games nowadays are pornographic, too.

What's going on with the video game industry, nowadays? Supply and Demand?

Sex is natural. I can't think of anyone I know that is not a result of sex. I think your argument lacks nuance...

There is an ongpoing debate over the psychological impact of porn.

Obviously some categories like child-porm and snuff-films are banned already

The next on the watch list are violent and hardcore porn which have been associated with externalising behavior in some young men.

Porn addiction seems to impact some users but not all. But in that context you may as well ban the internet as you can't seperate the trigger from the platform.

That leaves Softporn. Given its the number one purpose people use the internet (particularly males) then why ban it??

This is a pretty rare opinion for a 20 year old guy to have.

Is it safe to assume that you haven't been "getting any"?

What other recourse is there for men who are unable to enter into or maintain real-life relationships?

Do you have any evidence of this, seeing people as sexual objects? What is even wrong with people being lustful or perverse, as long as people are consenting?

I watch or read a good deal of porn, and I don't see as sexual objects. Sexuality is normal, you are not corrupted just because you like some kinky stuff, as long as you are not hurting someone else.

No, seriously ... what other recourse is there?
