With the last 2 primaries today, I thought I would take a look at the relative prospects of the two remaining candidates. So, what are Hillary's chances? Exactly 0. I was on CNN's Delegate Counter, and even if we imagine that Hillary wins South Dakota and Montana 100% to 0% (not only is this of course unrealistic, but Obama is considered the favorite to win these states by comfortable margins) she still needs to win over 85% of the currently uncommitted superdelegates just to tie with Obama. Obviously, that's not gonna happen. A more likely scenario is that Obama wins both of today's races with ~55%, in which case Hillary will need over 95% of the remaining superdelegates to be the nominee. Now, does anyone seriously think that's going to happen? Even Hillary can't be that deluded, so why doesn't she just drop out already?
