What do christians view themselves as?

I asked a christian girl this, I mentioned along the lines of disgusting, sinful creatures. She herself wouldn't hold that view but said it was perimissable. However should it even be permissable, I being agnostic, find that to be a horrible view, even if she did say she wouldn't hold such a view but just thinking of it as permissable gives me just one more reason to turn to christianity. What do you think? Are we disgusting and sinful or are we simply "human"? I would like to know your take on this.

Humans are not inherently evil, but are sinners who need forgiveness

That raises a question. This fallen angel. Was he created by god and if so why did he indeed became corrupted if indeed this fallen angel was pure (I mean made by god, shouldn't it be pure or good).

Humans are born 'evil' and when growing up, they need to learn 'goodness'.

Do you believe in god? if yes, do you believe you had a more badder past than other people??? (remember the IS people who starve to death)

cos if you do believve in god you would believe god knew how to truely judge good and bad people, fairly, so why the hell do you support your religion? religion is tied to law and government, and the 2 have been posing as a god like figure to justify THEIR punishment of THEIR enemies, watch a gangster film, ever realised when and the bad guys started killing each other cos crime in THEIR areas are BAD for BUSINESS? it is exactly the same with government, the government expects you to trust it, but humans always have flaws, their will always be abuse of power in this way

Before Christ came no man could be forgiven, he ran a tight ship.. but even back then he had favorites, such as Noah, or Moses.. a couple cool cats..
But through Jesus he wields a greater and stonger love. . because before jesus it was hard to love a god so unmerciful and cruel.. so the alien god became a human being and showed them how to be forgiveable.. seriously get the story straight eh?

Actually I dont know where he got the fallen angel crap, none of that is in the bible.. It hardly says anything about Lucifer, so no, he would not be more correct doctrinally. Especially when he says 'peopl have different interpretations of this'..

I think it is usually the opposite. Most infants are quite loving and good, although they learn other behaviors from older people.
