the cube of uncertainty is a cube of which you are uncertain of, whether it be its size location or power, but if you find out about its said size location or power it no longer is the cube of uncertaincy

The weather chanel here keeps calling the hurricane paths "The Cone of Uncertainty"...makes my hubby laugh his arse off...maybe it's something like that.
