I honestly believe that if there any doubts as to their American citizenship, that Cruz and Rubio wouldn't have bothered running. I think they know the rules better than most of us do.

It's better to battle based upon the issues alone. All this other stuff is gravy.

I read what you sent me, Angela. Cruz' mother was in America for at least five years, two of which was when she was 14 years or older.

If that's true then Cruz has nothing to worry about. One thing, I believe this should be for all candidates. I'm not picking on Cruz - I would actually be voting for him if Trump wasn't in the picture. I believe in rules and laws and that all should have to follow them.

Ted Cruz's mother's first husband was an American expat in London, then she marries a Canadian?

Were Cruz's parents even married when he was born? Why does his mother has her first husbands name on the birth certificate?

The mother is an American citizen. It's not the morals of the mother which are in question here. It's Cruz's citizen status.

He's a citizen. I can't stand the man. But it is what it is.

If Cruz is an natural born citizen of the United States then was Winston Churchill?

There's this image I posted in the other thread Prince Hashim of Jordan under this new definition of what it apparently means to be a natural born citizen could run the presidency of the US.

It's insane and obviously not what I founders intended, they did in fact discuss the very topic and they stressed the importance of being born in the United States. What was the whole deal with Obama, are you trying to say it doesn't even matter if he was born in Kenya?

Ted Cruz is not eligible to run for the presidency of the United States, he is Canadian.

So if you went on vacation and had s kid, their to be left in that nation, but then they can't stay there as their not a citizen of that natio, but they can't come to USA because they weren't born here so aren't w citizen either. This is why the Supreme Court ruled citizenship based on birth parents.

His mother's a citizen. He's a citizen.

Now...if you don't like other aspects of Cruz. That's what the debate should be about.

If people really had any doubts, there would have been a suit bought ages ago---quite possibly by the Democrats!

I know I'm Canadian, but as we have a man in the race, I think I should should allowed to comment.

I agree with Jacoby. Trump is the only viable candidate. It can't be Hilary or Bernie. They just won't get the votes this time around. And it won't be Cruz or Rubio, neither of them is presidential.

Frankly the more exposure Trump gets, the more I like him. He is reflective to public response and may be smarter than he seems.

In answer to the original question, I think a successful Obama appointee is unlikely and a democratic presidential victory even more so.

Because that is the job of Admitting. I treat the physical ailments. That's why I'm asking the people who are supporters of Obamacare and if they don't have Obamacare themselves then they really don't have much say on the matter, in my opinion. I have had personal experience with Obamacare and I think it is an absolute farce just like who it's named after.

Tell that to people with pre existing conditions. Before they were denied medical care.Who cares who it's named for,as long as it helps people.
