No, it’s on topic.

Why? It’s cowardice of you that you are dodging this question; it’s the same logic that you are using:
If only about 25% of western women are being in STEM fields ; and maybe only 10% of CEOs, and if 99% of inventors are men.... by your own logic, that means that white women are innately inferior intellectually and innovatively than white men? I can’t see how your “logic” is only applicable on ethnicity but not on gender; it’s hypocrite of you to claim otherwise.

Also by your logic you should also say that women in STEM today are just copy-cats of what men did, why would you claim differently now?

That was some time ago, more recently they've been tracking down the specific genes, proteins and relative prevalence that give certain ethnic groups the edge.

Using DNA, Africans are pure homo sapiens. Europeans are interbred with Neanderthal. Basque people are interbred with another unidentified DNA source. Chinese are interbred with another dissimilar hominid. Okinawans interbred with yet another. There are more hominims than that. DNA results from human origins studies reveal updated results every year. Humans are one species, but not one breed.

Not all western countries are ''arms dealers''. Nearly all send foreign aid though - millions of dollars. American and Canadian doctors in 2014 came to Ebola stricken African countries to help the people contain and recover from the Virus. Some even became deathly ill themselves. I did not see any Asians or wealthy middle eastern countries doing this. Why not?

Why are you refusing to acknowledge just how much the west has done for the third world in recent times
