Oh ok.

Also, would a lot more people be on Rittenhouse's side more if it was a woman instead who shot when being attacked after running?

It is considered a more heinous act to shoot down a biologically female, felon - who is evading capture, I think, within police ranks in general.

The Capitol Hill shooting of the woman who went too far - was considered a grave violation of unwritten social rules. Which is why the Capitol Hill event didn't stick as a bad event for the Conservatives in America... it is harder for the American left to make fun of a woman being real-life shot, even if they are Conservative and not leftist...

If the victims were female Rittenhouse would be in jail

I am having comprehension problems here.
I was under the impression ironpony was suggesting Rittenhouse was a woman.

Me, too, although I had to reread it a few times to get there. First impression had me thinking he meant Rittenhouse had killed women, but I knew that couldn't be right.

It's an interesting question, how things would have been different if Rittenhouse had been a woman. But, realistically, female teens know better than to show up to a situation like that. Girls are exposed quickly to all the reasons females aren't safe in certain situations and the concept gets strongly embedded. Only a female trained for the purpose would think of going, and that would change the entire scenario by more than gender. It's really an impossible and improbable scenario.

A 17 year old girl wouldn't go walking through groups of angry men with an AR15

As I said, once you add significant training and skill to the girl, it's no longer comparable to Rittenhouse for reasons other than gender.

Biological women with guns can be every bit as deadly as men. In fact, it is a great thing, when a biological woman is good with firearms, because biological women can even out the natural physical disadvantage that they face from biologically male bullies, who think they can call the shots for no other reason than they are bigger, usually, physically, than biological females.

Guns are an equaliser in the favour of biological women, who are at a disadvantage physically, from biological men.

Irrelevant to the decision of whether or not a woman would put herself in the situation. We're not talking about being able to sit at a window, see threats coming, and take aim. Again, a woman would not go into the situation if she wasn't well trained for it, and a large riffle would not be her likely weapon of choice (not nimble enough). I don't think you realize what kinds of messages and experiences mold women throughout their whole lives. TV shows with kick ass women or not, most of us know we don't have that level of talent.

I've heard women are better-suited to being fighter jet pilots because they can handle "G" forces better.

Surprising, since many complain they can't find their "G" spot". 8O
