Chronos is correct.
If Hamas really wanted peace, they should first reign in the fanatics who kill Israeli citizens, and encourage passive, peaceful resistance.

I think part of the issue is, the Palestinians who blow themselves up and lauch rockets over the border, while they may be Hamas supporters, are not necessarily acting under the direction of Hamas. As I previously alluded to, if Israel and the Palestinian Authority were to come to a truce, they would both still have problems with extremists or people who refuse to stop fighting.

Very probably.

Hamas agreed to form a unity government with the PA in 2014 and agreed to the peace terms set out by the EU and US. This sent Israel into turmoil and they suddenly had 3 kidnapped teenagers to search for. They destroyed buildings, houses, tortured and murdered people in the West Bank. Fireworks were fired into Israel from Gaza, not from Hamas but from lone Jihadists. Then Israel started on Gaza and then Hamas retaliated.

I could go on but you never listen.

I don't know for sure and was too lazy to research...
Essentially I was covering my butt...
It might be Hamas, but L doubt they have the financial clout to service the pay-to-slay pensions...

Still too lazy to research this subject, at this time...
There is a wealth of knowledge in this forum...
Perhaps someone else can enlighten us...

I remember when those teens had been kidnapped and murdered. Are you implying that was actually done by the Israelis to prevent peace?

I bet you do, constantly over all the news channels of course. Not so much when Israelis burned a Palestinian kid alive. Wouldn't put anything past Israel. They are the false flag kings.

I'm ashamed to be British over this. We have become Al Qaeda's airforce.

I think I also recall that incident. It was an unforgivable act on the part of evil people who happened to be Israelis.

"evil people who happened to be Israelis"

Just shows your bias. You would never say the same when talking about Palestinian killers.

I've never blamed all the Palestinian people for the outrages of their terrorists.

There wouldn't have been a first, second or third Reich. All human live would be valued these days and there wouldn't be any racism, eugenics or abortions taking place. I think that's a good thing.
