These parts are false. And there are extremists among the Left too. Like the fake nurses (Antifa members in costume scrubs) picketing anti-quarantine protests, to try to shame the protesters, but in reality just making themselves look stupid.

Your evidence of the fake nurses?
And, insofar as any of these counter-protesting nurses can be shown to be fake, what is your evidence that they are part of "antifa" networks?
Also, do you believe that all or most counter-protesting nurses are fake, or just a few of them?
