And anyone else will illegally possess guns, forcing millions of currently law-abiding and peaceful citizens into the criminal subculture. Come on. Criminals already have guns despite laws against it. How is removing guns from possession by responsible owners going to get the criminals to give up theirs? It hasn't worked well for Chicago.

I think he's actually saying that all gun owners are mentally unstable, but then again this is the guy who thinks that there was a strong case against Zimmerman, except for the whole no witnesses or evidence thing...

I didn't say that...I said Zimmerman is mentally unstable

I don't know why you keep harping on people in rural areas to the obvious exclusion of the rest of us.
We have two legged wild animals in the city and suburbs.

^^^That's your fault for living there. Yes,I get that.I have to be in a large metro area soon,my daughter says five people have been shot in the area where she goes to school.Do you really think I don't have anxiety about going there?I don't have permit to carry, and not sure if it would even apply there.
Its been very long time since I lived in the 'burbs, there was no crime then.People still locked up but there was not one crime on the street when I lived there.Times have changed I guess.
From a strategic point of view,it's not wise to peck at your allies. And by the way, your beak is dull,I suggest a cuttle bone or you can whet it on an Arkansas stone.

Allies? I'm a lone wolf here.

A raptor is a bird of prey. I can either use an actual bird of prey or an F-22 like I have before. As far as politics, I'm not particularly fond of either party since the views of neither are exactly in line with mine. I vote republican, though not always straight ticked, because to me they are the lesser of the two evils and nothing more. I only boast about it because it bothers the simple minded who, for whatever reason, bring too much of themselves onto the internet.

By "claims" you mean my 2005 degree in gunsmithing from the Colorado School of Trades in Denver? Also, what "anger management issues" are you talking about? Or are you a liar in addition to being ignorant?

I'm more cynical and vote for who I think will do the least amount of damage. The polls here have nothing but crowded parking lots, long lines, and short tempers.

Actually, my precinct is within walking distance of my house so I don't need to bother with parking there.
No "voter suppression" here. :P

Assuming it wasn't cold blooded murder but simply a misunderstanding between a wannabee cop and a wannabee thug (as I believe.) How is Trayvon somehow less of a victim in all this? Or do you support killing kids like Trayvon as some sort of precautionary measure?

You were there and saw the whole thing, and/or are psychic and can peer into peoples minds to know their motivations? Why weren't you called as a witness at the trial?

Wow! Way to comepletely ignore the point. I wasn't trying to prove anything. I was talking about empathy. In this case it's clear who you empathize with because you like the idea of being able to carry a gun around and shoot someone as long as they throw the first punch.

I don't really give s**t about due process or all that other nonsense. I already knew this was going to happen. In my opinion, A person would have to be ridiculously deluded (liberal or conservative) to defend the system in any capacity. It's a total joke all around. The only reason you are so stubbornely defending it is because your politics align with this particular verdict. If it had gone the other way (regardless of actual evidence) you'd be bitching about how messed up it was. You just like to pretend there's logic to your bias or that somehow your logic is superior to anyone elses. Both liberals and conservatives do this and it's beyond delusional.

Zimmerman is a victim. Trayvon is also a victim (and the one who is actually dead.) Both were victims of natural human idiocy and arrogance. But Zimmerman was the idiot who instigated the confrontation the second he decided to get out of his car (despite the 911 operator's advice and despite all his training as a neigborhood watch guy) and try to play cop. I'd be more annoyed except I have no faith in human nature anyway.

trayvon committed felony assault the second he took things to the ground. this little fact allows for deadly force
also the 911 operators advice is not legally binding
