Thank you. I feel better now about reporting him.

I am always concerned that a mod might come back at me and tell me that I am over-reacting, and that it was un-necessary for me to click the 'Report' button, submit a posted complain, or send a mutli-recipient PM.

But when there is positive feedback, I feel much better about exercising due 'vigilance'.

I've been on music production forums where some of the veteran producers would prank newbs looking for 'the perfect plugin' for reverb or something like that with this sort of thing - ie. posting a link out to gay porn or something like that. Sometimes the names/terms in a link itself will be a clear giveaway that something 18+ is on the other side but still we need some actual description of what a link leads to and if what's there doesn't match the user's description some type of action probably should be taken or the poster should at least be strongly encouraged to explain what they're linking and what their intention in posting it is.

That does put a little extra twist on the usual … Illumanatti, Bilderberger, type conspiracy thing that all of us jaded UTube addicts have all seen before.. He also drank human blood.

But during this "vampire" stage was he ever able to get a date with Kristen Stewart?

Why the f**k do you think I need to be reported *just* because you disagree with me? Incidentally I never said I agree with the creator of the video either -- I just said those are interesting things to look at. But *even if* I agreed with him, how the f**k would this violate the terms of services? Aren't we supposed to have free speech/ free thought?

And the part where you said that you feel better about reporting me because someone else doesn't like me either, thats the classic way by which Aspies are being ostracized. Each person feels that its fine to ostracize an aspie because others do.

Where did I say this guy was more relevant/ more interesting than others? I watch others too. The reason I posted this one is because it happened to be the one I watched right before I wanted to make a post. So, obviously, I wouldn't go dig for the videos I watched several months ago; I would post the most recent one.

And I never said I agree with them. All I am doing is looking at what they have to say to *see* whether or not some of it is worth considering. I don't see what harm there would be in doing that. More info is always better than less info. And by "info" I didn't mean "what he said is factually true"; rather, I mean "such and such person said such and such". Well, thats an info, no? So what harm would that info do?

Reread everything I wrote. Did I ever said I agree with the author of the video?

Saying something is interesting is not the same as saying I agree with it. And this statement is not backpedaling. As a physicist, I am working on few different theories at the same time, and they can't simultaneously be true. But in each case they are "maybe" true (I am talking about fine structure of space that can't be measured experimentally, hence so much speculations).

When I post a video this is also a speculation. It doesn't mean I agree with it.

I guess I woudn't be posting videos about flat earth, because in this case I know 100% they are wrong. So from this point of view you might say that the ones I do post, I grant them "some possibility" of being true. But "possibility" of them being true is not the same thing as saying they "are" true.

Last but not least: even if I were to say they are true, why is it a violation of the rules that is to be reported? How is different of opinion a violation?

The fact that you posted it in the first place is a statement. A statement that "here is something interesting".
So in fact you very definitely DID say that.

Problem number one: you, as an individual, have posted other things with hidden agendas (like your own antisemitism). So it gets folks hackles up about what you're trying to prove. So you cant blame us for coping an attitude.

Problem number two: I have gotten lured down the rabbit hole of one too many UTube vid about this kinda thing. So its kinda irksome to see one more. I am not saying don't post it. I am saying "gimmie something"- some reason that I should find this particular crazy vid more relevant than the average crazy vid on Utube. :lol:

I was expecting you to respond with an actual reason. But instead you're just wimping out.

Once again you are putting the words in my mouth, this time in the opposite direction: you are saying I denied that its interesting and only posted it for "kicks and giggles". Once again, re-read my replies -- I said it was interesting didn't I? The only thing I said that amounted to any kind of denial is that "interesting doesn't mean I agree with it". Well, the fact that I "don't NECESSERELY agree with it" doesn't mean I "disagree" with it either. Thats what makes it interesting: I don't know whether its true or not, so its interesting to think about. Thats why I refuse to either agree or disagree: I think its a nice thing to speculate on in both directions. The same goes for other wild ideas on the internet.

Once again you don't get it. Speculation about maybe is NOT the same thing as nothing! Think of discovery of Higgs. At some point it was only a maybe, but that maybe was pretty intersting wasn't it.

When you keep asking me to make a point, you are asking me to say either "this video is 100% true so everyone should watch" or "this video is 100% false, lets all laugh about it". But if I knew it with 100% certainty one way or the other, there wouldn't be much to discuss, would there? The most interesting discussion comes out of the topics where we don't know it one way or the other. So why is it you keep insisting I make a point as opposed to just bringing something up for discussion?
