basically SLAPP suits against individuals and the corporate entity of the party, they would try for libel and slander as well with the hopes of tying their money up and bankrupting them. IOW they would abuse the legal process in the name of fighting what they falsely declare to be abuse of legal process.

So people are voting for him in 2020 because they want to see an impeached president win again to make our history very interesting. I wonder how many Trump haters will be voting for him too for this reason.
