I believe in taking positive steps to counter historical racism, sexism, and sexual orientation inequalities. I'm intolerant of intolerance. You can't say it's wrong and then not want to do anything about it that requires any changes in society.

You don't fight racism and sexism with racism and sexism. Your way is worse because you guarantee there will be racism and sexism.

I would personally like to see job / university applications wiped clean of all info on race, sex, etc. Can't be bias if you don't have the info to be bias.
