That's what they want you to think, not to get into any conspiracy theories. Are you sure this is an indisputable scientific fact? Mainstream scientists would've disagreed with this statement up until the PC era. Are you sure this is really only because of scientific advancement?

Pure breeds individuals of cats and dogs are more likely to develop genetic disease, and humans had much more "interbreeds" that's what generally take for bringing the cocept of "racial purity" to the status of pseudo-science.

Interesting. Are you a fan of fascism? I ask because Mussolini was the first open Fascist to rise to power, and Bismarck had very strong authoritarian tendencies.

I do admire Bismarck. He was a great genius. Mussolini, on the other hand... well, perhaps not so much.

If you want to keep talking about this I recommend we just PM as I don't like hijacking a thread. I am still working on what I am politically but it nears a typical anarchist thinking, I'm not a fan of governments or corporations. Bismarck made Germany, and Mussolini made a humorous life to read about. Both are great.

Depends on how you define "the PC era", I suppose. The "scientists" you cite were working in a pre-scientific paradigm, in which personality traits were supposedly definable by the shape of one's skull (small eyes and lowered forehead indicate a criminal, large ears mean poor mental development, etc). Oddly enough, the Northern European genotype, with a high forehead and well-defined (but not too large) nose was supposed to indicate the best sort of people. Yeah, that was scientific...

Once genes were discovered, the whole shebang began to fall apart, as scientists discovered there was no gene or genetic complex they could point at as defining the supposed "races" of humanity - genetically, we're all quite similar. There are a few complexes that can indicate what part of the world one's ancestors came from (the genes for sickle-cell anemia, for instance, indicate one has ancestors from somewhere around the Mediterranean or Arabian regions, as well as parts of northern Africa); there's even one complex, responsible for Tay-Sachs disease, which tells you that some of your ancestors were part of an insular Jewish community that practiced religiously-enforced inbreeding.

However, it's possible today to carry the genes for Tay-Sachs, or even sickle-cell, and look like some sort of Aryan Ideal, all tall and blond and stuff...

If you want to talk about certain physical traits being falsely linked to mental traits...how about brain size?
