terrorism = attacks against civilians, meant to create a point.*
it has ALWAYS existed.
terrorism is NOT limited to explosive devices, or islam. it has always, always, always existed, and it has never NOT existed.
not a single era in human history has been without terrorism.
*an attack on military installations falls under insurgency or paramilitary activity. it should be obvious to the world, but isnt.
