Stop dumping subsidized Midwest-American corn on the Mexican market and driving their farmers off the land and maybe Mexico will have a little less poverty, no?

I'm not sure about what comes afterward but the 2 highest from Europe are the UK and Poland.

pandabear... I don't think you're as cuddly as you look... Even though i think you're right... But that was too "personal" and not general.

There are those that cannot work. I'm sure LindaBalla does contribute to society as best she can. So long as those who have physical reasons why they cannot maintain a conventional job make a concerted effort to contribute in other ways, the state (or private charity, as the situation may be in various places, and under various governmental systems) should help out.

Hrm..... I know the US wouldn't go for it.. but maybe here in Canada we could set up an exchange programme with Mexico.
