I really hope I haven't exhausted the amount of potential voters. I'm hoping for at least 30 votes.

There are three strategies I think could accomplish this.

1) Get you and Dent into a bantering match in this thread.
2) Get you and a fundamentalist Christian into a bantering match in this thread.
3) STRIDENTLY link to this thread, no matter how tangential.

I suppose it's supposed to be some kind of honor to be a strident atheist but i really doesn't appeal to me. AG is far better informed and perhaps more forceful. I just think religious people are dumb in a rather exotic way. I also think a bag of hammers is dumb but am I being strident in thinking so?

Twenty votes as of 12:33 AM in on June 5, Central Canada time.

Only 10 more votes for my goal voter turnout to be realized! I feel so proud of the WP atheistic community's STRIDENT support of this initiative!

I ought to be on the list too considering Christopher Hitchens may as well
be my twin brother.

At least in terms of his religious views....many of his political views
leave much to be desired IMO.

I actually met Hitch at the 2008 Miami book fair.
