That reminds me: I want the American pledge restored to its pre-Cold War state and money restored to its pre-Civil War state. Or, in other words, having "God" removed from it all.

Could I get a reasoning on this one?

Not that I condone incest in any way, but it is a victimless crime (as long as it involves consenting adults). I just feel there's no good justification to make it a crime, as long as it doesn't result in a child. In addition, when the U.S. Supreme Court struck down laws against homosexual conduct, one of their reasonings was that simple public disapproval of a certain behavior is not basis enough to criminalize it, and I feel the same applies to incest.

Animal rights should be just as holy as human rights. Bio industry is a crime.

Ban religion from politics. Period!

No compromises on environmental issues. We'll get natural disasters and it will all be our own fault.

Freedom of speech should remain ''sacred''. Some people in my country wish to change that.

There needs to be some form of intelligence or basic knowledge test before people can vote.

The European Union may not get an army.

The European Union must stay.

We need to encourage every act that may bring civilization to uncivilized countries, for instance where women are seen as slaves.

Never help a tyrant, or work with him in any way. Arrest dictators whenever possible.

Keep up a social system and protect those who cannot become rich and succesful. Protect the ''weak'', as it is part of the concept of the modern state to prevent ''weaker/porer classes'' from being surpressed by the strong. If this wouldn't happen a plutarchy might arise, completely passing and ignoring the principles of the modern state, throwing us back to ancient times where the right of the strongest was all that mattered.

If I'm not too mistaken this is basically it, but but since it's late, (01:03 am) or early, whatever you like, I may have left something out.

I live in the Netherands, therefore my views are partially about our situation.

I'd like to abolish the IRS and go to a national sales tax only. To avoid undue impact, I think a model like the state of New Jersey and a few other states would be workable, where absolute basic necessities (food, drink, clothing, and school materials) are not taxed, but other things are.

I do. Only one bit though. That belief is regarding the unhealthiness of fast food, that should be regulated. I also border on radicalism with the fact that we need certain obscenity and some indecency laws (although it will be better if they voluntarily stopped being indecent.

Why do you want to control what other people do with their lives? It's their choice, after all.

What kind of obscenity laws do you think we need? Apart from ones covering child pornography, genuine rape and bestiality I'm not sure we need any. Indecency laws obviously need to cover things like public nudity and sexual activity and perhaps public urination but that's about it.

My views are in the classical liberal school, where I believe that individuals are best placed to run their own lives. I am also a withdrawalist eurosceptic.

A few things I think should be legal:

- drugs
- prostitution
- incest
- bestiality
- in some cases, infantcide

There's something about some specific areas of bestiality that are intriguing in that sort of WTF sort of a way. Like a pretty lady drinking masses of horse urine for example. It's just so sick and perverted that it raises a smile.

Most of it just makes me want to retch though.

It makes me want to retch, too. That's nowhere near enough a good reason to make it illegal, though.

Doesn't result in a child? If incest is made legal unless you sterilize the people involved then some are bound to result in children being born.

Inbreeding a line is the quickest way to get rid of the defectives and the lethal recessives. As long as one is willing to cull the defectives the result is a good breed in good time. The Egyptians mated royal brothers and sisters to keep the line pure.
