So a Beck
Yeah, if you do your research by completely dismissing any resource that contradicts Glenn Beck, you'll find that everything he's saying can be backed up!! !

It's hardly surprising that you'd take a source seriously that's either being paid specifically to try to smear Beck, personally hates his guts, or hates all Conservatives in general.
Further, I've already demonstrated in the past that your sources deliberately take Beck out of context.
Example:
Leftist media claims that Beck is telling viewers to go kill people.
What Beck actually said:
Something to the effect that Liberal/Progressives would have to shoot him dead before he would stop talking about the founding fathers.
Offhand, that's a pretty big difference.
I hate to break it to you, but if you do your research (and I don't mean NYT, MSNBC, Moveon.org, etc), you will find that Beck can back up what he is saying.
Also his statement on Obama could be backed up too.
Why did the Obama Justice Department dismiss a case concerning voter intimidation involving the New Black Panthers after the case had already been won?
My biggest problem with Beck is that he equates SO many things with the Nazis, Hitler, etc..etc.. I don't have any problems with Glenn Beck as a person. He seems like a nice guy, a family man. He turned his life around which is to be admired. With that said, it's not okay to compare everything to the Nazi regime because.... it's not like that. I've been to the camps. I lost ancestors there and thankfully have some that escaped to tell the tale. It's insulting and offensive. This is one area I am quite educated in and Beck really does not seem to be. Comparing everything to Nazis is sooooooo old. Sadly, Beck isn't the only one who does this (though he does it more than others).
well, i offered you a full segment. you can find full episodes online, i'm sure. you don't feel like actually taking a look for yourself and yet you still feel qualified to discuss.
inuyasha watches the show and agrees with/believes beck on most things. maybe he can enlighten you as to why the rest of us think beck is so nuts.

As a matter of fact, it was the Bush Justice Department who had dismissed the case against the New Black Panthers. And by the way, the New Black Panthers are nothing more than just a few social misfits who the right are using as a bogeyman.
And Beck can back up everything he says? So I'm to believe American organized labor is in cahoots with Osama Bin Ladin, the Muslim Brotherhood (who by the way, hate each other), both presidents Bush, current president Obama, and Red China in a conspiracy with the kitchen sink to bring about a world wide Caliphate.
My late father had been a union man; the last thing he and his associates would ever want is to work with totalitarian lunatics. And I don't have to listen to MSNBC to know all of Beck's s**t is just that - s**t.
And as far as Obama being a racist - that is just Beck playing up to the racist element who are scared s**tless that we now have a black president.

Okay, either you didn't do your research or you're being dishonest.

For the record, Eric Holder was not a member of the Bush Justice Department; for Eric Holder to make that decision it would have to be the Obama Administration.
The Obama administration won the case last month, but moved to dismiss the charges on May 15.

Get over your Bush derangement syndrome, cause it was the Obama Administration that dropped the charges.
I don't have any great love for Obama, but I have heard Glenn Beck call Obama:
- a racist
- a Muslim
-a Socialist
-a Nazi
-a vampire
-the anti-christ
-a drug pusher
C'mon now.... how can I take anyone who uses such comparisons seriously....
On a side note, if Obama really was a vampire, he'd be far more popular. ![]()

Oh, pooh.
I do NOT expect to engage on Glenn Beck. I heard the bit on the radio, thought, this is rather intriguing, I bet some PPRoids would be intrigued or amused or piqued or whatever to know that GB is unaccepted by both AGNATHous left and oh so pure right.
So I post it, if people think it intriguing or amusing or etc, great. If people want to engagfe about him, they will have to engage one another because I can't.

I wonder what he is REALLY saying. Anybody actually listening TO HIM?
As far as I have heard (just catching his show a few times a month when I'm bored and reading two of his books), he's a guy who loves his country and wants some kind of revolution. Yes, he goes a little too far with the conspiracies. I never take it seriously. No educated person would. He has weird chalk board drawings showing how things are connected to other things. He's stretching, but it's easy enough to roll your eyes at.
Then he says some nice things like encouraging churches and other religious organizations to get out there and help the needy of the nation. He has good family values. I appreciate his dedication to his family and hope if anyone listens to anything he says, it's his message of family values. He's pro-small business. I like that too.
We depart ways when he pushes for a Christian nation. I am happy having my church and state very, very separate.

Reagan is a liberal compared to Glenn Beck. Glenn Beck is stuck in the anti-communist hysteria of the 50s and 60s. He's an admirer of people like Cleon Skousen, Robert Welch, and the John Birch Society. These people would like to turn the clock back to the middle 19th century when there was true "freedom". That was back when 10 year old children got the rich life of choking on coal dust 16 hours a day.

How about you just admit you were wrong and I am right concerning the New Black Panther Case?

Was this from listening to his show, or just listening to snippets. Cause the left wing drive by media has a habit of quoting Glenn Beck completely out of context, sometimes even resorting to combining things from even different radio and TV shows to make it look like Beck said something that he didn't say.

Glenn Beck apparently has said he does not believe Obama is a muslim.
Glenn Beck is not advocating for children to be forced to work in coal mines. I don't know of any Conservative advocating for child labor. If you want to make outrageous claims sources please, or I'm guessing you don't have any or they are from Daily Kos or MoveOn.org.

You know what the funny thing is? "Antisemitic, racist, anti-Mormon, anti-Masonic, and religious groups criticized the group's acceptance of Jews, non-whites, Masons, and Mormons. These opponents accused Welch of harboring feminist, ecumenical, and evolutionary ideas.". So wtf did marshall ground the accusation about child labour and bringing back the good ol days on?

If the JBS are not reactionary pigs pining for the past why do they criticize all "progressives" starting with Teddy Roosevelt? The truth is progressives (be they Republican or Democrat) are the only ones who fought to improve the quality of life for average people. Reactionary pigs never gave a f**k about people.
