Yeah. Libya used to be a dictatorship. Now it's a war-zone for the foreseeable future.

^^I'm not sure. It was probably bad. But how to rate it? I would say it was probably not as bad as Saddam for Iraq. Qaddaffi might have been a crazy dictator, but at least Libya had a government with borders and social services. Now they don't even have that. People and weapons move across the borders at will.
