Its perhaps the world's most renowned welfare family. I'm sure lots of people wish state aid worked like that for them.

How is Kate Middleton a "working class" girl? She's never really had to work to make ends meet in her adult life and has only had incredibly short-lasting jobs. Like Donald Trump, she is the heir of Rags to Riches, not Rags to Riches herself.

think about it. Prior to being transformed into a princess and a duchess, the gorgeous Kate was a -commoner-.

Why did a bright beautiful woman like that mate with a Windsor. The Windsor family had the intelligence bred out of them four generations ago.

She is not a princess!! she is a royal duchess. Here full title & style is Her Royal Highness Princess William Arthur Philip Louis, Duchess of Cambridge, Countess of Strathearn, Baroness Carrickfergus. Wives of British princes take on their husbands' titles & are not made princesses.

I'd say with Merci Beaucoup as in (quicky-mart accent) "Thank you! Come again!"

The British have never been like that, apart from a certain, very small, section of society. Most people were just proud working-class people, trying to get on with life. You'd have to look at people in Yorkshire and Lancashire to see what I mean. People who worked in t'mills.

The matter with the English is that England has degenerated into largely becoming a festering sore on the a***hole of the civilised Western world.

Perhaps one of these day's there will be a chav on the throne, the royal wedding could be a big-name who's who list of Grime producers. It'd be a bit like a royal UK version of the Source awards :).

True - there are four football teams in the UK, each for one of the Home Nations: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Despite all earlier jokes and comments though I can see the appeal of having figurehead monarchs. Its one of those active 'where we're from' reminders, the human psyche likes that to a point, as having something Disney castle-like and romantic is something many of us ohh and ahh over, after all its been scrubbed for the most part from being old-fashion aristocratic realities to Cinderella imagery.

At the same time though - for those of you who aren't fans - I can see why as well.
