Well obviously there's exceptions to the rule but Black people on average have a higher fast twitch/slow twitch fibre ratio.

There was a debate in the second century between two rabbi's over what is the most important statement in the torah.

Rabbi Akiva said: Leviticus 19:18 - "Love your neighbor as yourself" is the greatest most valued principle in all of judaism

Rabbi Simeon ben Azzai countered, saying the most important principle was: Genesis 5:1 "These are the records of Adam's line" or "These are the generations of Adam."

"These are the records of Adam's line" can compete with "Love your neighbor as yourself?

Ben Azzai had a brilliant point: First of all, you will never love your neighbor as yourself unless you recognize that you both come from the same parent. This he said was the most important statement in all the torah. While largely ignored, Benazai says that this is more important because despite our differences, Black, White, Male, Female, Jew, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Atheist, we all come from Adam, so this unifying message precedes in importance love your neighbor as yourself because if you walk around thinking your group, your race, your family, your religion, or whatever way you divide the world because you have greater heritage or ancestry, you'll never love your neighbor as yourself.

You must first understand that every human being is identical in worth, and you'll only believe that if you believe that we all have the same ancestry with a common parent. Sadly this hasn't stopped the human institutions of Racism and Slavery one iota.
