Here are some quotes from the Holy Book

These are NOT from The Quran,they are from the Bible's Old Testament. I'd say these quotes demonstrate that you shouldn't really judge
an entire religion based on selected examples.

Muslim bashing is very popular these days but if you look around the world right now today there are just as many abhorrent acts commitment by Christians as there are by muslims.

The first link is about a problem particular to the interpretation of Christianity in some parts of Africa. If something bad happens it is often blamed on the youngest child who is said to either be a witch or possessed by demons. So they torture their own children to death to save their soul.

In Biblical Times the Jews were just as Bad A** as the Jihadis are now. Times changed. The Jews got the sh*t kicked out of them, they were dispersed to the far corners of the earth (the Diaspara) and they rewrote their rule book replacing the TNKH (Bible) with the Talmud. Or how about those gems instructing 'jews' to go and do evil only in cities in which they are not known. Or that cheating goyim in finances is permissible, because after all, they are simply cattle to be used however one pleases. Or raping goyim. Or even f*ing murdering them. Is that why all those Palestinians have to die, for those sweet and tender vital organs they possess? What a better use of cattle, for organ transplants! Farming people. Novel idea - that Talmud sure sounds like the bees knees.

And I doubt that your fundamentalism inspires much of any 'independent thought." On top of that, I never risked drowning while getting baptized, as fundies do.
