that first site linked is one i've come across before. the person who runs it is a virulently racist homophobic poltroon who is of the belief that the world is run by an evil cabal arranged arround the knights of malta and the "black pope". quite a good source of humourous reading material when one is bored with the usual.

If there was the remotest actual evidence of an artificial cause, the first place that I would be looking for a responsible party is across the Sea of Japan, in Pyongyang. There, at least, you have a regime that has something to gain from Japanese instability, a uranium enrichment program, and enough enriched uranium for maybe 6 to 8 devices (less the two that they have already blown up).

So when the author goes leaping to Israel as his agent provocateur, he uses neither evidence nor (chuckle) "unassailable logic." Rather, he uses conjecture, speculation and outright mendacity to reinforce his prejudices.

If he is a former employee of the NSA, then the world is a safer place for his departure from that institution.
