I kind of believe in it.

To the extent that actions have consequences, I believe it.

Those that sow the wind shall, in due course, reap the whirlwind.

I am starting to think ruveyn used to be a teacher cause I learn so much from his posts. I think the same thing.

That's a pretty good philosophy there, I suppose; living as if Karma exists. I guess I would consider myself to do the same, but I wouldn't think of it in those terms.

Nah, nothing so serious. All it really means is that when I come into contact with a real a**hole, usually through work, rather than bemoan my misfortune at having to put up with the jerk I view it as an opportunity to balance the cosmic scales, usually through some expensive prank. For example, I used to work for this guy who would hire people for a week as "trainees" during busy times, then fire them at the end and refuse to pay them, (correctly) reasoning that they didn't have the resources to sue him over it. My response was to bring in a space heater on Sundays when he wasn't there and put it in the walk-in freezer and crank both to the max, then watch the electrical meter start going like crazy... He never did figure that one out, but I'd hear him yelling at the electrical company from time to time about why he was suddenly getting these huge bills.
I gotta million of these types of stories, bad bosses and abusive coworkers in my vicinity have had the most amazing strings of bad luck over the years.
