Back in the day, we used to call horsemeat "New Jersey Steak", a la Michael Stivic...

Modern horses don't look all that tasty...

...But whenever I watch a documentary were they digitally reconstruct those small ancient horses that had toes instead of hooves (making them look a little like a cross between a horse and a rabbit) those look delicious!
