^^^^Or you could eat a cupcake then go for a walk.
You should be motivated by the physically fit soldier on the cake.

Better still: eat an oat bran muffin, enoy a good bowel movement, and then go for a refreshing walk.

Yeah, but not everyone is allergic to peanuts. I eat them all the time and PBJ samiches, too. I don't go for that gluten free diet, either.
Yes, dirt exposure is good and so is cold weather exposure. I used to play outside in the snow damn near all day and it didn't hurt me. We had the best sled riding yard in the neighborhood (100+ yards long, sloped in three descending tiers, slicker than snake snot) so I had the company of the other kids that weren't wusses out there.
And when I did come in I ate a poison PBJ and breathed my old man't second hand smoke. :P

It'll be better with whipped cream and chocolate chips on top.
BTW: Food isn't supposed to be thought of as a laxative.

What about a compromise.
A carrot pineapple cake with raisins, black walnuts, whole wheat, sweetened with raw sugar and cream cheese frosting sweetened with honey.
Healthy and tasty.
Then drop,do twenty and then walk.Once you get moving your bowels will also.
I'll try to think of a politically correct figurine for that cup cake.
They don't have little OccupyWall street figures do they?
There could even be a little tent on the cupcake.

^^^^^^Looks like there may be some artificial dye on those cakes, are they cruelty free, free trade, organic sugar, gluten free, free range egg, whole grain artisan troll cakes? Those look mass produced,a sweat shop I'll bet. Most likely child labor.Ethnic kids too.

There might be some potential health issues, if the toys weren't sanitized. Suppose he just got done playing with them in the cat's litterbox.

The government is paying a contractor to make certain that you remain seated in a specific chair for an excruciating number of hours each day, with the objective of assuring that you get hemorrhoids.

Your only hope of frustrating the government's scheme is to go on a high-fiber diet.
