Muslimmetalhead I recall, not long ago, you posting about playing video games, listening to music, and even, IIRC, playing Pokemon. It seems like you hate the person you used to be, and you have a low self-esteem in general, which is why you seem so angry and bitter.
Are you a happier person now that you've given up pointless s*** like Pokemon, art, and music (the latter two of which have been respectable entertainment for non-nerds for milennia), and decided to work out all the time, instead? Possibly you are, but I wouldn't think it going by your post right here.
I work out about every other day. It's nice. It lets me burn off my energy, get in shape, feel better mentally and emotionally, and have fun (on the occasions where I play a sport). Once I've put in my time and energy, I come home and play games, listen to music, create awesome game prototypes and 3D art, etc. So... perhaps the key is balance?
Or, even better, the key is each individual doing what he or she finds the most fulfilling.
