You are full of malarky.

Your intentional choice to result to a personal insult in your message only proves my point. You could have disagreed without resorting to personal insults. You chose not to. You proved my point.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !

You have NEVER met the women I've met, then. Women are rules-bound, rigid, and utterly unable to deal with anyone who does not fit their standard of "normal".

Quote:
* Women have higher quality standards of health care than males. By being ruled by women, one must expect to get the same quality care.

They have "higher quality standards" when it comes to themselves, but not to men--men have to "stop whining" and "man up" when it comes to health issues.

Quote:
* Females are more soft on just about any issues that, if males had to decide my fate, I would be dead by now. (I would be conscripted, refuse military service, get thrown in jail, then committing suicide).

Females are unforgiving, vindictive, and unable to forget any wrong. Indeed, they delight in raking up all old sins and piling them on your head, over and over again. Females are harder on any issue than are men. I've seen it. Men want tolerance. Women want their way or no other way at all--and they'll build up a massive passive-aggressive list of all the times they didn't get their way.

Quote:
The society is only so cruel, because males are deciding the fate of the society. Males invented the military, they have to serve in it then.

If cruelty were a deity, it would be a goddess. Men cannot even begin to approach the capacity for cruelty had by women.

Have you ever been married? If you have, you would have a more realistic picture of women. They are far more pleasant from afar than up close.

I've know some men who are rigid, rule-bound etc. They are called "social-democrats" and "conservatives".

On the contrary I also know some females, who are non-rigid, alternative-thinking, inventive and creative.

If we really want to get into the oppression olympics, the women are going to win. Women and men are equally evil, but men are statistically bigger, stronger, and socially more dominant: thus, more able to act on their evil when it occurs.

That was not even a personal insult. It means I think your opinion is BS.
If someone tells me my opinions stink,so what?I don't think it's a personal attack.
Are you going to tell me you are not angry?Or bitter?Or Judgmental, cause that's what you are coming across as.

Hmm ... seems like you've been trolled, Liz ...

1. Person A posts provocative remarks of prejudicial nature.
2. Person B responds with an opinion regarding the remarks.
3. Person A claims victimhood and complains.
4. Moderator X intervenes with a friendly warning to both parties.
5. Person A claims victory, and repeats from Step 1 until Moderator X locks the thread.

I think that the standard advice of "Do Not Feed the Trolls" may apply, if only tangentially, so that we never get to Step 4.

Dr. Eric Berne described a social game* called "Kick Me", which he said is played by a person whose social manner invites him to be kicked (a troll?). If the people on the receiving end of this game are restrained from striking back by social convention or organizational rules, his behavior becomes more and more provocative until he transgresses the limits and forces them to oblige.

In this context, a person will post an inflammatory article which is practically guaranteed to provoke a hostile response. Once the hostile response is posted, the OP is then "justified" to retaliate, leading to a spiraling cycle of post and ripost (sic), which eventually culminates in an obligatory intervention by a moderator.

Not only are we seeing a game being played out, but we now know its name!

*"The Games People Play", by Eric Berne, 1962, pages 34-35

Seriously, though, this is what I mean when I say, "When you ask for equality, do you really know what you are asking for?"

Yeah, I know many women would gladly give up every real and perceived "advantage" they enjoy under the current system, but not all women would want that.

Men have it different....they don't always have it better.

I agree with that.

Ultimately, I'm more interested in identifying cultural and systematic inequalities that affect either sex and correcting them as opposed to engaging in endless arguments over who "has it harder."

Thank you.

Oh, and an addendum....

I know all about gender discrimination. My skills are frequently tied to office work. I've applied for MANY office positions where I clearly am more than qualified for the job...and I almost NEVER get contacted. Why? Because they want a WOMAN for the job.

So, to tell a qualified male he won't be considered for the job but they interview nothing but lesser-qualified women for the job is just as wrong as not letting a woman be considered for a "traditionally male" position.

I really don't care so much about the perceived "male/female" role of the job....to me it's about not getting a good paycheck with benefits that hurts.

Strange ... the 'feminazi' you cite is named Alex Manley, and This is a link to his original post, for which he has apologized HERE.

Since this is apparently an open trolling thread, I'm going to point out that there is this mechanical device that I'm passingly familiar with that can help level that particular playing field...

Evidence, please?

Trust me, kid; your credibility in this thread is about as low as it can get. First, you post a blatantly sexist image as if it was an accurate reflection of reality; then, you wrongly claim that multiple 'feminazis' at a university are against prostate cancer awareness; and now you are implying that you have intimate knowledge of the thoughts and motivations of a man that you likely never even knew existed until you were informed by my post.

So, unless you can provide real evidence to back up your bigotry-laden claims, I (and others like me) will be calling them out as both bogus and malicious.

crying sexism does not invalidate the posts. the evidence is listed in female superiority video. with news clips and news headlines.

I find this offensive, not that that makes any difference.

Can people stop giving a gender (either one) to things like cruelty, violence, empathy, vindictiveness, etc? None of what anyone is writing here fits my experience.

I always thought women were more likely to suffer Major unipolar depression, but things like bipolar and schizoaffective were 50/50? And women attempt suicide more often, it's just that men choose more effective methods of suicide.
