Most of the people referred to in this topic are not doing this. :shameonyou:

Arrogrance, and poor form to use insults on people who don't agree with you. :shameonyou:

Are you one of those people who denies the fact of evolution?

True, but they have been warned of nonbelievers, and toughened.

Now bashing the misconceptions of Science, they come unglued and froth at the mouth.

Humans are a new species, created 125,000 years ago by the Sumarian Gods. They have not evolved before or after, unless becoming obease is considered evolution.

Domestic animals have many breeds, all recent, and all the same species.

Nothing comes of breeding apes and humans.

Pigs are closer.

The People of the Book, Science, claim anything written ends for all time, any questions.

They teach that mud evolved into life.

Nothing like humans existed before 125,000 years ago. They were made from something in the neanderthal line, as they later bred with them.

Evolution denies a written history, which has been carried forward as religion, of the coming of the gods, the creation of man, and I guess the dumping of the culls, and the departure of the gods with the chosen stock.

Evolution is a Cult in Denial!

My motive is that I was tortured pretty much all of my life by people. I enter a "rage mode" when I see people insult other people.

I believe in universal determinism. I have no opinion on evolution.

Sorry you were tortured. However, religion, particularly fundamentalist religion is responsible for the decline and repression of education, particularly in America and Islamic countries. Call that an insult to religion if you like, but religion tends to be more of an insult to knowledge.

This comments here make fun of people merely because they believe in creationism, not because of harm supposedly being done to the country.

This is hardly bashing. If people's views are clearly wrong in light of the evidence we have, they need to be pointed out even if they may come off as insulting to those who hold to such views.

You should check FSTDT. That's where the real bashing of Christians occur, and I believe that that would be considered bullying. Here, not the case.

Sometimes, though, people invite ridicule. For instance, people who believe blacks should be slaves because of the curse on one of Noah's more randy sons, or who think the the OT's condemnation of Israelites mixing with their neighbors justifies racial separation, more than deserve our ridicule and derision.

Its not only an insult to knowledge, deluded fundies of all religious creeds not only work to subvert knowledge, they move to ruin the lives of people they dont even know. In most western countries pretty much all opposition to homosexuality comes from the religious, religious groups prevent the teaching of sex ed in schools then force kids into marriage because they have gotten pregnant, nutjob preachers and media commentators pour scorn on the families of victims of natural and manmade disasters, pontificating that this was a sign from god to mend our sinful ways (and I am not just talking about the Westboro nutjobs), in the US, government funds for welfare are only given to faith based charities, and there have been instances where countries allowing abortion have had their aid cut. Other cultures are far worse, killing and maiming those who do not believe in god or in some way violate gods law. But we should not compare ourselves to them, the argument that we are not as bad as them has never held much water and to do so generally ends in a race to the bottom.

I agree that we should not belittle and scorn others, but sometimes I see the stupidity of their argument, the puerile nature of the thinking, the complete and utter arrogance that they do not need to be informed with science because the book contains all we need to know, then I see the abject misery and actual physical harm these people cause either directly or indirectly and my blood boils.

The rules of WP mean that we don't have flame wars here, there was a period a few years back where fundies were treated in a far more disdainful fashion than presently. If I occasionally call someone foolish or deluded generally the description, whilst acerbic, is accurate.

Oh and BTW regarding "I have no opinion on evolution" this is something a lot of people do not get, there is no room in the real world to opine on the plausibility of Evolution, as has already been stated to say "I do not believe in evolution" is akin to saying the earth is a disc, or sound can travel faster than light. Come to think of it saying "I do not believe in evolution" is only equalled in stupidity by stating "I believe in Genesis"

Yep!

In Anthropology, there are no bones like this before 125,000 years ago. They are the same as today.

Genetics also, same date.

No missing links, no gradual change over a long time, just Poof! Modern Homo Sapiens.

Tools had been used, unchanged for millions of years, then modern humans started making new kinds, and have kept at it.

So some unheard of big time mutation, or some god tinkering.

None of the other species, erectus, neanderthal, developed technology. They were hardwired.

When the last of them died out, 20,000 years ago, they were still making the same tools.

All out of Africa share a common mother, she lived 125,000 years ago.

She was of some neanderthal line that stayed in Africa, because we later bred with them.

Her children are the surviving species worldwide.

Evolution does not fit the facts.

Evolution does not turn mud into life either.

@ Inventor

Well, that was one of the more outlandish ways I have ever seen a person strap a target to their chest. Have a gold star.
