Seriously though, I think I speak on behalf on most adults my age when I say we used to go to places at least a mile from home on a regular basis without any adult supervision, the only we were supposed to do was tell our parents where we were going and what time we would be back , and we survived. Kids are going to grow up thinking the entire world is out to get them, they won't know how to be independent adults who can care for themselves because they still aren't allowed to even take a bus anywhere when they're in their 20's, and that will mean the eventual end of our species.
